Ben Palacios
Founder & Creative Director
Ben comes from an extensive background in theatre and approaches events through the lens of storytelling and production. He began his events career as the flight demonstration coordinator for an aerospace tech startup designing augmented reality headsets for fighter pilots. He quickly built this role into the "Director of Fun", overseeing all company events, parties, and team building activities across offices in Santa Monica, Denver, and Orlando.
Troy Mills
Executive Producer
Troy began his events career at Dun & Bradstreet and LegalZoom, working with esteemed brands to produce standout events and strengthen company culture. From high-impact marketing campaigns to unforgettable celebrations, Troy is all about bringing people together, building community, and making sure the vibe is just as strong as the execution. He's also an international sailing and yacht captain...so he parties on land and sea!

Sofia path into events began in the world of museum exhibitions, where she coordinated the intricate logistics behind international traveling collections. That experience instilled a love of precision, thoughtful planning, and creating seamless experiences that visitors never have to think about. At Casa Nova, she brings that same meticulous approach to every celebration. Her ability to anticipate needs before they arise ensures every event unfolds effortlessly.
