Ben Palacios
Ben began his events career as the flight demonstration coordinator for an aerospace tech startup that builds augmented reality headsets for fighter pilots. He quickly built this role into the "Director of Fun", overseeing all company events, parties, and team building activities across offices in Santa Monica, Denver, and Orlando.

Troy began his events career at Dun & Bradstreet and LegalZoom, working with esteemed brands to produce standout events and strengthen company culture. From high-impact marketing campaigns to unforgettable celebrations, Troy is all about bringing people together, building community, and making sure the vibe is just as strong as the execution. He's also an international sailing and yacht captain... so he parties on land and sea!
