Company Conference and Team Building

EVENT: Full company offsite, 200 guests GOAL: Unite 200 employees from across the United States for 3 days of full-company meetings, breakout workshops, and a big celebration. CHALLENGE: Traveling across the country for work is a tall order, especially around the holidays. Many of the employees had never met each other. SOLUTION: We pitched to the client a full afternoon of team-building activities designed to spark adventure and inter-departmental collaboration. Employees would choose from 9 options including zip lining, go cart racing, art class, paintball, chess tournament, and wrapping holiday gifts for the local children's hospital. The client loved this idea. We arranged everything from start to finish: hotels, meals, conference venues and schedule, 9 team building activities with chartered transportation, employee headshots, full company photos, and an epic holiday party to top it all off. We successfully united the troops. The energy after the team-building afternoon was electric and several employees said, "This is the best company I've ever worked for."
