Holiday Party: "On Cloud Nine"

EVENT: Corporate Holiday Party, 200 guests GOAL: Create a dazzling celebration to make guests feel they are "on cloud nine", in keeping with the company's aerospace product. CHALLENGE: Making a work event truly joyous and fun for employees means creating an atmosphere that inspires guests to leave their "work self" at the door and share their authentic, joyous individuality. SOLUTION: We had guests enter through a 10-foot balloon tunnel into a sumptuous courtyard enveloped by psychedelic balloon garlands. This created an "Alice in Wonderland" effect, making guests feel they were entering a 'new land' and leaving their work selves behind. We built a custom stage and 15 ft LED screen into the venue's courtyard for speeches and performances and created multiple food and bar stations with additional pass trays to maintain flow (less waiting, more fun). We topped all this off with a custom branded drink menu, ice sculpture, 7-piece jazz band, fire spinners, Brazilian drummers, and carnival dancers. This event was LEGENDARY... employees still talk about it 3 years later.
