Holiday Party: "Augmented Reality Rave"

EVENT: Corporate Holiday Party GOAL: This client wanted to celebrate an outstanding year with a high-octane holiday party inspired by the company's product: augmented reality. CHALLENGE: The venue had a cozy vintage vibe with the tendency to feel loungey or a bit sleepy, so our challenge was to modernize and energize the space while maintaining its existing charm. SOLUTION: We built a performance stage and dance floor in the venue's courtyard, surrounded the space with immersive projections on the trees and buildings, and built and a 14ft custom arched party entrance in the shape of the company's logo (with infinity mirrors to make it look like you were entering "the world of augmented reality"). We arranged a branded custom drink menu, bespoke dinner stations to keep the energy moving, a bossanova pop fusion opening music act, an 8-piece glam rock band headliner, rave lasers, Tron-inspired stilt dancers, and a disco mirror cat performer to work the crowd.
